Returning to Store
You may return any order within 14 days from date of receipt. Kindly ensure to include the original receipt along with your name, contact details, order number and reason for return.
All items being returned must be in their complete original packaging, including accessories where applicable, and seals and packages must not be damaged or opened.
Returning by Post
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +975 2 336799 with your receipt number and you will be given instructions about where the products may be returned.

Items must be suitably packed and include the original receipt along with your name, contact details, order number. Delivery charges and costs incurred in returning products must be borne by the customer.
If you have purchased a product with damaged or defective contents, we will provide an exchange of the items without any charge, provided OGOP is notified within 30 days from date of receipt.
OGOP may request the return and arrange the collection of the damaged or defective items.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns and exchanges without proof of purchase. Alternately, you could provide a bank statement to retrieve the transaction in our system or for local purchases, provide the journal number for e-payments made on m-bob or m-pay and other similar services.
Products purchased outside of stores at events, or exhibitions cannot be exchanged or returned.
